Blueberry Smoothies for 2

1 cup organic blueberries – fresh or frozen
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk or skim milk
1 container (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
Honey, if desired

In blender, add blueberries, soy milk and yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until desired smoothness. Sweeten to taste with honey.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
I used agave nectar I had on hand instead of the honey. I recommend wide straws for stirring and sipping.
