Kiwi Pear Apple Smoothie

How about some smoothie love? My favorite thing to use up fruit before it goes bad is to make fresh fruit smoothies and throw in a few extra healthy ingredients. You can easily get several fruit servings in one large glass and it can keep you full for a while.

2 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 green pear, cored and chopped
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
10-12 raw almonds, roughly chopped
1 Tablespoon hemp hearts
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 date, pitted and chopped
coconut milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding coconut milk and ice cubes to your desired consistency.
