2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
3 Tablespoons whipped topping (optional)
Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth, pour into glasses and top with whipped topping.
Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, if desired.
